Main Goals - Basically What Our Mission Is
At Inches our main aim is to provide a viable alternative for seniors who are retired and above 62 to be able to afford college education for their children and grandchildren. At this age, most of them have barely enough to care for their own immediate needs plus rising health costs. Many are not in a position to take out regular loans. If they do take out a regular loan drawn upon their home equity, then there is the big possibility that they might end up losing the home. Yet we all know that college education is very important.
It is also our aim to see children, especially the really bright ones to live up their dreams. For many children, college is but a fantasy to be longed for. While they may wish it they know it is not practical to expect it. If you do not qualify for any form of scholarship or have parents who can pay for it, you may just have to forfeit. At Inches our mission is to present such children with hope and a chance to live their dreams. With our Reverse Mortgage College Fund Program their parents or grandparents can easily open a college fund for them that would see them through college.
Inches has thus come up with a program that is aimed at helping seniors in this situation take advantage of the main asset they have while exposing them to the least amount of financial risk possible. When they take a reverse mortgage loan they avoid the risk of probably losing their homes. They also do not have to bother about repaying the loan as long as they are alive and live in the house. Proceed from the loan is used to set up a college fund account for your child which we manage and use to see your child through college.
